  • Phase 1: Navigation & Key Pages
    We start by setting up your site’s structure: navigation, key pages, and the essentials that highlight your mission, vision, and calls to action like donations or applications. This ensures your website is built with purpose and clarity from the start.

  • Phase 2: Content & Design Review
    You’ll get a preview of the site and have the opportunity to provide feedback. Depending on the timeline, this might happen once or twice, first for content and light design adjustments, and then for a final round of edits to refine both design and content. This collaborative process ensures your input is front and center.

  • Phase 3: Final Edits & Launch
    Once all edits are complete, we’ll finalize the site and launch it! On launch day, we’ll train you on how to make updates, change text, swap images, and more. You’ll feel confident managing your site from day one.

  • Post-Launch Support
    After your site goes live, we don’t just disappear. On launch day, we’ll walk you through everything during a training call, showing you how to make updates, swap images, and manage your site with ease.
    You’ll also have access to our video tutorials, so you can revisit key steps anytime or share them with your team so they can learn the platform too. A few weeks after launch, we’ll check in with a follow-up training call to answer any lingering questions, troubleshoot any issues, or brainstorm new ideas as you get comfortable with your site.

For a more budget-friendly approach, we offer templates that are packed with everything you need:

  • Video tutorials to guide you through customizing your site and learning Squarespace

You’ll have the tools to build a professional, functional website at your own pace, and we’re here to support you if you hit any snags. On top of that, we offer an optional $90 launch support add-on where we’ll double-check everything, connect your domain, and make sure your site is ready to go live.
